    WHEN TRAVELING ON WET OR DRY PAVEMENT AND UPON DEPRESSING THE BRAKE PEDAL TO MAKE A SUDDEN OR A GRADUAL STOP, THE REAR BRAKES LOCK UP, MAKING IT VERY DIFFICULT TO STOP THE VEHICLE.
