    TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 GMC SIERRA 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKE CONTROLLER WAS INOPERATIVE. THE DEALER WOULD NOT ASSIST. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A TRAILER SPECIALIST AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DEFECTIVE. THE FAILURE HAS NOT BEEN REMEDIED SUFFICIENTLY. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 200.
