2023 GMC YUKON XL- Pecos, TX
My 2023 GMC Yukon Denali is currently at the dealership due to a manufacturer recall involving the engine. The engine issue occurred while I was driving with my children in the vehicle, which required me to pull over and have the vehicle towed to the dealership After inspection, I was told the vehicle requires a full engine replacement. The dealership has stated there is no estimated time of arrival for the replacement engine due to backorder, and that other customers have been waiting for extended periods. I am currently without my vehicle and have been provided a temporary replacement that is not comparable. The extended delay and lack of timeline are causing significant loss of use.

2016 GMC YUKON- Houston , TX
Transmission went out very early. Had to get it replaced whenever I reverse. I have to really smash on the break in order for it to stop if it does stop so somethings wrong with the breaking whenever I hit a bump the left side suspension feels like I’m a lose control and sometimes my radio works and sometimes it doesn’t I’ve been trying to work with dealers I have extended warranty on it. They’re saying it’s not covered something about the brake pump is covered, but the belts are not. The transmission was put in only because it left me stranded. Otherwise I would’ve been stuck paying for that. The dealership actually helped me with that. My GPS turns on and off sometime. I’m not sure if it’s electrical

2024 GMC SIERRA 1500- South Amboy, NJ
I purchased a 2024 GMC SIERRA 1500 Denali Crew Cab Diesel 3.0L After several times bringing the truck to the dealership I purchased from and conduct all service related work. They finally found a crack/whole in the sidewall that was not done by any road hazard to cause damage but looks like a manufacturer defect. This is now not only prominent on one tire but two of the tires. The area is on the covex area of the tire. BRIDGESTONE ALENZA A/S 02 Size 275/50/R22 This is a huge safety concern as a blowout at 65MPH could cause significant harm to not only people in my vehicle but to others. This is an advisement to get the right attention on this before something catastrophic or deadly. With plenty of tread on the tires (6/32), which equated to 50% life on the tire. The dealership is trying to make me pay for a manufacturer defect of $600+ for the two tires.

2022 GMC SIERRA 1500- Windham, NH
I own a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. The vehicle developed a clear engine knocking noise. I first brought the vehicle to the dealership while under 150,000 miles for inspection related to a recall. The dealership only performed a computer scan and oil change and stated no issue was found. No mechanical inspection was performed despite the noise. The issue continued and worsened. I returned to the dealership and the vehicle was kept for three days. During that time, the dealership again denied the existence of the noise and stated the vehicle was operating normally. When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed the same noise and requested the technician to inspect it again. At that time, the technician acknowledged the noise and confirmed it was related to the recall. Despite this acknowledgment, General Motors declined to repair the engine and closed the case, offering only partial assistance toward purchasing a new vehicle instead of fixing the defect. The failure to properly diagnose the issue during the initial visit and the subsequent denial during the second inspection allowed a safety-related mechanical defect to worsen. This condition may result in engine failure or sudden loss of power while driving, creating a serious safety risk. The engine noise indicates a potential internal failure which could lead to sudden loss of power while driving, creating a safety risk. The initial failure to properly diagnose the issue may have allowed a safety-related defect to worsen beyond repair.
