2019 GMC SIERRA 1500- Fairfield, CA
GMC of Vacaville California sold me a 2019 GMC Sierra that has a know back window leak issues. I was told by service worker GMC of Vacaville California sold me a 2019 GMC Sierra that has a know back window leak issues. I was told by service worker Brent Lewis/405 that is a common issue and GMC is aware of this issue that the vehicle was brought in before for this same issue prior from [XXX] but was not taken care of. I purchased this vehicle on [XXX] along with a 5k extend warranty that I was told is a bumper to bumper warranty. Come to find out it does not cover a manufacturer defected back window installation. My concern is that they are aware of these issues and water sitting on the inside of the cab due to a leak causes black mold and could cause serious illness to myself and my children. 2014 GMC SIERRA 1500- Reidsville, NC
The headlights are dangerously dim, can't drive the vehicle comfortably at night. There seems to be no solution for fixing them. A TSB has been issued concerning this, but does little to address fixing the problem.

2021 GMC SIERRA 2500- San Antonio, TX
3 year old truck. The left headlight enclosure gained water and caused the whole headlight system to have issues. Water caused the Headlights to Flash high beams (both), turn off and blinkers not to work. This defect the whole side that is effective. This can cause other drivers or the owner to have an accident. 6 months later, Now the right side headlight is doing the same. I’m out of warranty with only 40k miles. The seal is not strong enough to keep water out the enclosure. This can also cause the whole light system to shut down while driving. Very dangerous especially at night.

2016 GMC CANYON- Ashland, OR
I have lost my power steering while driving over a dozen times in the previous month. Fortunately, it usually happens when I am not attempting to negotiate a turn. However, it did happen once when I was turning into a parking lot, but luckily it was at a low speed. I could not negotiate the turn without the power steering, so I stopped and turned the car off to reset it. I have found that if I stop, park and turn the car off, the power steering immediately resumes upon restarting the vehicle. In some cases, I have lost the power steering again within the next few minutes. Usually, the problem won't happen again for the remainder of the drive.
