2017 HONDA ACCORD Complaints

2017 Honda Accord V6; Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) Module went bad and it needs to be replaced but Honda is unable to provide quick fix or a replacement part because it is backordered and they don't know when they'll have it in stock even when I am willing to pay for it upfront. This is causing my car to go out of control on wet roundabouts or when merging from interstate to local roads w/ good Tires condition and within speed limit.

2017 HONDA ACCORD EX-L INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM (RADIO) WHEN USING AM/FM/XM STARTS TO STATIC BADLY AND SLOWLY DRIVES TO FULL CRACKLING/STATIC INTERFERENCE NOISE THROUGH ALL SPEAKERS IN THE SYSTEM. POWER ON AND POWER OFF DO NOT CHANGE SYMPTOMS, ONLY PULL OVER AND POWER CAR ON AND OFF. CANNOT HEAR SURROUNDING VEHICLES WHEN DRIVING, EVEN WITH WINDOWS DOWN. DIFFICULT TO CONCENTRATE AND DRIVE SAFELY WITH THE RADIO A MAXIMUM VOLUME WITH STATIC INTERFERENCE. I CAN SUPPLY NUMEROUS VIDEOS OF ME SCREAMING OVER THE NOISE WHILE A PASSENGER TAKES VIDEO OF THIS INTERFERENCE. PLEASE PROVIDE A METHOD FOR ME TO SUPPLY VIDEO OF THIS ISSUE TO FULLY UNDERSTAND HOW UNSAFE THIS CAN BE TO ANY DRIVER INCLUDING MYSELF. THERE WAS NO WARNING LIGHT OR ENGINE TROUBLE LIGHTS. THE PROBLEM IS REPEATABLE AND MY 45MINUTE DAILY COMMUTE. I HAVE HAD NO ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE THAT WOULD RESULT IN THIS TYPE OF FAILURE. FAILURE MODE - UNKNOWN.

On [XXX] just got off [XXX] driving on [XXX] street when there a red came on on my dashboard, then as if someone else stepped on my accelarator. The Honda Accord 2017 hybrid started accelerating. There were cars in front of me, I believed next to me that I am going to crash into. My only option was to turn to the left to stop the car from me hitting another driver. I went into the divider and hit a tree which stopped the car. My car is in the body shop right now pending estimate and insurance recommendation. R&B Body shop 562 903 1100. Allstate claim # [XXX]. The audio entertainment system malfunctions and randomly makes extremely loud static noises, squealing, beeping, thumping and bass sounds, from all speakers. These noises can't be controlled or stopped, as they happen even when the audio is turned off. The noises are extremely unpleasant, uncomfortable, and loud enough to cause hearing loss. The noises happen randomly and startle the driver which can lead to accidents. The only way to stop the noises is to turn off the car, requiring the driver to pull over suddenly when the noise becomes unbearable, and often must turn off the car when stopped at red lights which is very dangerous. The dealer confirmed that Honda is aware of this problem, that the only remedy is to completely replace the audio entertainment system, and that the units are on back order and unavailable. There are no warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem, it just suddenly occurs. The noise began suddenly about two months ago, and has become increasingly louder and more frequent, to the point of happening every time the vehicle is operated and almost constantly while being operated.

Hello I am proudly owner of honda since 2003 i only buy honda cars and recently on my 2017 honda we have issues with sensing system this error codes come and goes and i went to dealer and they told me to replace sensing Camara in front but I think it is just manufacturing defects because error code come and goes while you drive car. I cannot use any feature such as cruise control, forwarding collision warning, lane departure warning, lane keeping assistance and all features including in sensing system. I was on long distance trip and when i was coming back all those errors started coming.

Bought Honda Accord 2017 new car from Honda dealer Only drove around 18,000 mile so far One day while coming back home from work in middle of the road power steering become hard unable to make turn I was lucky that no one around me Some way I manage to get home since it is my garage This is really dangerous issue Honda has they should to take action for recall for hard power steering issue

The contact owns a 2017 Honda Accord. The contact stated while reversing, the rearview camera image was black. There was no warning light illuminated. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

Drivers side sun visor sagging on my 2017 Honda Accord. Make it hard to see road way. This also happened on my 2010 Honda Accord. I called Honda to report issue and they told me a could purchase a new one for $230.

The rear backup camera quit working making it more dangerous to back up without it. The dealer was too busy to examine it for awhile. I believe it may be a cable problem like was identified on other Honda models recently because my camera screen is also blank.

Backup camera not displaying on display screen when in reverse. Impedes safety because I cannot accurately reverse due to the trunk size. Cannot see any incoming cars when I am in reverse.
