The steering sticks and unsticks randomly. I’ve brought it into the dealership 3 times and they can’t duplicate it. I’ve contacted Honda Customer Service and they told me to keep taking it to the dealership. I’ve had two other people drive my car and they agreed there is something seriously wrong with the steering.

The steering wheel is sticking while driving. The Lane Keeping Assistance (LKA) systems is off. The steering wheel is slightly off at highway and local road speeds and feels like its moving on its own. It feels like the steering wheel is twitching and does not feel safe to drive. I have turned off all the extra safety and driving features and the steering wheel is still twitching.

Vehicle steering sticks and cause a momentary increase in steering effort that could potentially cause overcorrection and an increased risk of a crash. The sticking typically happens when the steering wheel is slightly turned to the left; the steering column and wheel automatically skip back to the right. It feels as if it is 'jumping' or 'skipping' a cog in a wheel. Initially this happened only on the interstate on trips of longer duration (I purchased the car new in July 2023 and first noticed it on my first road trip in November 2023), but beginning in January 2024, it has started happening regularly while I am driving around town on surface streets. At this time, I do not feel as if it causes a significant safety risk, however given that the issue has significantly increased in frequency in a few short months (November- January), I do have concern that it could cause major safety concerns if not addressed. I have not taken the car to the dealership yet. I have seen that many other owners of 2024 CRVs have filed similar reports with NHTSA and there are numerous accounts on ownership groups online, so I wanted to file my own. I do believe this should be a recall issue. No warning lamps or lights have appeared thus far. I am open to having the issue inspected if necessary. I will be contacting my dealership today. Thank you for your consideration.

The driver side rearview mirror vibrates at speeds of 65 MPH or greater. Vibrations cause the image in the mirror to distort and shake making it difficult to see important objects. The problem was confirmed by the same dealership that sold the car. The dealership replaced the driver side rearview mirror, but the replacement mirror has the same issue.

Best description: momentary increased steering effort. Similar to issues reported with the 2023 Civic and CR-V. Steering seems to drift/tug to one side or the other, then when correcting, it will over-correct. Dealership determined that the EPS rack is defective. Parts are on back order with unknown ETA.

What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? - The drivers side mirror is vibrating noticeably more than the passenger side mirror in my new CRV Sport-L How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? - The shaky mirror is distracting when trying to merge and to view traffic, especially at night with headlights involved Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? - There are numerous online forums of other users experience the same issues in their 2023-24 CRV's Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others? - No Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? - It has been vibrating since it was purchased new

Hybrid CR_V when at a stop, the vehicle has started acerating on its own when I remove foot from brake. Iin the 4 months, it has started moving slowly on its own when brake released, and I haven't touched gas pedal yet 2 time it started acerating faster and faster until brake was applied. took it to dealer, they cannot duplicate and weren't very helpful in trying it figure it yet. Vehicle has brake hold feature and shouldn't move forward till gas is applied.

This isn't about a specific incident. For about four weeks, I've been having an issue with the steering on my 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. When I get up to speed on interstates, the steering becomes sticky or clunky. After the car goes straight for a half mile or so, it will resist minor adjustments in steering. It's most pronounced when I try to adjust the steering wheel to the right. The steering is not smooth like I experienced with each of my other cars. I've turned off the lane change warning system, to no avail. It seems that I have to drive the car for awhile before this problem surfaces. Right now, the problem is just annoying. But I'm concerned that if it get worse, it might become dangerous.

At highway speeds, with Lane Keeping Assistance OFF, steering wheel resists slight changes in direction/adjustment.
