    PLACED PRNDL IN PARK, ENGAGED MANUAL EMERGENCY BRAKE. LEFT VEHICLE IN STATIONARY STATE TO PUNCH IN A GATE CODE AT A STORAGE LOT. VEHICLE ROLLED FORWARD UNTIL BRAKE WAS APPLIED. CHECKED PRNDL, WHICH WAS STILL IN PARK, AND CHECKED EMERGENCY BRAKE, STILL APPLIED.
