Vehicle recall has not been resolved in a timely manner. Liftgate does not open, preventing access to spare tire in case of emergency. Also poses a fire risk.

Emergency parking brake would automatically engage. Service parking brake message on dash. Could not flat tow vehicle due to this problem. Dealer replaced EPB module. Told me it showed corrosion. Still getting message after replacement. Further investigation showed water intrusion due to cracked body or leaking seal. Replaced wiring harness. I believe all of this is in same area that is in the lift gate recall and subject the same electrical fire dangers.

“Service shifter” light during driving but goes away. Impossible to figure out how to repair because it doesn’t stay on. This is extremely dangerous and we are worried it would stop working in traffic and cause accident. Not to mention dealer won’t look at or repair it since it has no trouble codes when scanned.

Safety recall 49A/NHTSA 23V-338. Fire hazard. Do not park in garage or near other vehicles. This was issued 5/11/2023 and has not been repaired. The restrictions make the vehicle nearly unusable. Try going to Wal Mart or church and not park next to another vehicle or park somewhere and find that another vehicle parked next to you. How long is a reasonable repair time? If they can't fix the vehicle maybe they should consider a buyback.
