While driving the vehicle will shift into neutral while saying it’s in drive. Then alert driver via display center on dashboard to “shift to P then desired gear”. The engine will completely shut off. Put into park, crank the engine, shift into drive then it will drive again.

My vehicle has never been in an accident. I have pictures showing a wide gap on the side of the back window on the hatchback. Lots of water gets into the back of the jeep. The water burned out some wiring that has caused issues with my jeep. It’s a 1200 dollar job, dealer states the water is getting in due to the design of the vehicle.

4 days after owning the Jeep a service 4WD light came on. It’s been in the shop since the beginning of December 2023. They’ve found multiple wiring issues along with a burnt module and problems with the 4WD actuator. The recall on the Jeep is also for a wiring issue.

The 4 wheel drive unavailable indicator keeps coming up. In all research there is a safety risk if the PTU goes out. Chrysler is refusing to remedy the extended warranty of 8 years/150,000 miles on my vehicle. Saying the code is not the code they are looking for! I also took my vehicle to the dealership in Casper Wy. They specified Chrysler/Stalantis is not honoring this. I also called Chrysler directly and received the same run around! I have owned MANY jeeps over the years as well as have many of my family members and NEVER had an issue. No accident has happened yet but am VERY aware it could happen if not remedied!
