2019 JEEP CHEROKEE Complaints

My 2019 Jeep completely lost ALL power while driving. There is a clanking sound that no one can locate. There is a change in the way the care is driving as far as power and engine sounds louder than usual. On 9.8.25 my sev 4WD indicator light appeared. I have seen the recalls for ALL these issues I am having but, My VIN # is showing that my care is NOT on the recall list. WHY??? I have had every single problem on the list related to this recall.

The contact was also informed that metal shavings were present inside the transmission fluid. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The contact was informed that the VIN was not included in the NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V011000(POWER TRAIN). The contact indicated that the PTU was previously replaced for the same failure. The failure mileage was 30,000

The contact stated that upon shifting from drive(D) to park(P), the vehicle failed to respond as intended. The contact engaged the parking brake and was able to park the vehicle. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, but the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted for vehicle rental assistance and advised the contact to pay for the vehicle rental, and he would be reimbursed later. The contact had not been reimbursed. The failure mileage was approximately 37,000.

The local dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Recently, the START/STOP warning light was displayed on the instrument panel after approximately an hour of driving. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle intermittently hesitated while depressing the accelerator pedal. The failure mileage was approximately 79,000.

the start stop warning light is on now vehicle was idling when vehicle shut down emergency brake automatically engaged then the panel went blank and the windows the emergency warning lights all stopped working Unable to warn motorists in back of me I couldn’t drive vehicle. Then panel lights up again saying to step on brake to start but fails to do so until after several attempts

My "4WD needs service" warning badge has come on and I took it to the Jeep dealership and they ran said it was related to the active recall on the PTU. They ran a diagnosis on the PTU and verified it is bad. Stellantis will not fix the issue as they don't have a solution. It has been 8 months since the recall was announced. They want me to pay for the PTU ($3-4K) and when/if the solution is found I can submit for a potential reimbursement. This is my only vehicle and is unsafe to drive. I don't want to pay $4,000.00 out of my pocket for something they should be fixing.
