I have already completed my recall V69 In 2019 but it seems like it didn’t solve the serious glitch in my Jeep’s clutch system .. yesterday while I was driving in Glenmore trail in high speed traffic my vehicle shifted automatically to neutral and threw a error code of P1DCD , I am very disappointed and terrified as I lost power instantly and could have crashed …I kindly request you to contact Jeep on my behalf and ask Jeep to replace the transmission and clutch system .I just have very low miles (20828 miles) on my Jeep Thanks

Vehicle's transmission has shifting issues, occasionally says service shifter light randomly no real indicator what causes that to come on. Car doesnt like to go when gas pedal pressed, stutters shifting erratically and bucking forward.

The car goes into neutral while driving and loses power. Has happened more than 10 times. This has resulted in twice on the freeway and almost caused an accident. I have taken it in to be repaired and they stated it was a software issue.

Transmission error P1DCD caused car to get stuck in neutral and became undriveable. Had to pull over on highway, shut vehicle off, and wait several minutes before the transmission started working again. This has happened multiple times. Jeep service center repairs don’t fix issue.

Myself - along with THOUSANDS are having the dreaded P0520 Code come on!!! There is a TSB (HAS BEEN ONE FOR 7 YEARS) for this problem! Yet, since it seems to fail right out of warranty - THOUSANDS are being affected. Previously-The 2014 Jeep Compass SUV is among the 522 vehicles recalled by Chrysler alongside the 2014 Jeep Patriot SUV, 2013 Dodge Avenger, and Chrysler 200, all of which are equipped with 2.4-liter engines that are touted to have engine oil pressure loss issues that may lead to sudden engine stall or failure BECAUSE OF THIS SAME OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ISSUE "! Yet No RECALL on 2014 models when the issue is so widely well known!? Problems --Large oil leak, could have gone on fire or seized the engine. Turns out the oil filter housing assemble was cracked which seems quite common in this make, mode and year. The oil filter housing is cracked and it is a known issue with my vehicle. One morning there was a large amount of oil under my vehicle. At this time there are so many open issues with this defected part that I am unable to get this part cause there are 5800 people in line before me waiting for this part. I am unsure where to start to have this recalled but I would like to move in the direction of having that done. Please help! I read online that there was a possible petition started for this very issue. IT ALL BEGINS WITH THE OIL PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT (http://www.sequentialtaillights.com/dodge/SB_PDF/TSB_LC_0803414a.pdf) Please recall this issue! Make JEEP REPLACE THESE IMMEDIATELY AT THEIR COST! Next -- TAKE A LOOK AT HOW MANY JEEPS OF THIS YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL have loud ticking coming on! My Jeep has developed the 3. 6l penastar tick. I noticed fca extended the warranties for vehicles equipped with the 3. 6l penastar v6 but for my model they stopped in 2013. How can I get my year added to that warranty since it developed the same problems as the previous years??? ALSO - Front wheel issues constantly! Replacements!

2014 Cherokee Limited with a 2.4L I am the original owner, and have had all services done. Car is in good shape. This is now a persistent problem each time I refuel. Within a few minutes or miles, the car engine will stall, tell me that I have to put the car in Park to restart. This is extremely dangerous and has happened to me in the middle of intersections or driving down a street. I fill the tank, I don't overfill it. When the pump clicks off, I am done and don't add more. Then I drive off and for about 5-10 minutes, I am at risk of the car stalling. I have had it happen while driving, and more often when I stop at a light. It will restart. But this happens ONLY after I refill the tank.

3/1/2021: Rough idle and overheating after filling up gas tank that morning upon arriving at work. Jeep had problems when leaving work at roughly 1630. Idles poorly, very rough and dipped from 900 rpm down to 200 rpm while almost stalling. I decided to drive home and thought it may be a little water in the gas from filling up that morning on MacDill. Ran rough on the way out of MacDill. At the home depot traffic light, the transmission would not engage and I had to switch to park and back into drive. Once onto Gandy Blvd the temperature started to overheat. I turned on the heater to act as a second radiator and decided to shoot for Jeep dealer in St. Pete. I made it there and caught a ride home with Wife's sister. Dealer drove Jeep on Tuesday a total of 23 miles without any temperature above 202. Told that lot boy and service supervisor drove it. No charge since St. Pete Jeep couldn't find any faults. I had Wife take me to pick it up. On ride home got up to 207. No rough idle. ***Rough idle and stalling while driving in traffic continued. Noticed this always occurred after filling gas tank up to full*** Jun 29, 2021: Got gas again at MacDill Monday morning upon arrival at work. Monday afternoon car ran terrible. Remote start stalled before I got to Jeep. Started up again when I got to car and engine ran rough. Nearly stalled several times. Engine almost stalled at final left turn while heading to gate. Transmission indicator flashed again and transmission failed to work. Display showed to place in park to select drive. Had to coast up onto median to keep from blocking traffic when engine started to stall again when light turned green and I proceeded through light. Occasionally Ran rough all the way home for the 43 miles and 1 hour drive. This time there was no significant overheating. Just went up to low 200s. Decided to submit a NHTSA complaint since dealership said they wouldn't be able to find anything wrong if no check engine light came on. Dangerous

Twice now the vehicle shifts into neutral without notice. It has had two programming upgrades but the problem persists. The "Sevice Transmission" warning appears and the idiot light also comes on. I have had to coast to the side of the road, put it in Park, wait approximately a minute and it will engage BUT it is in 4th gear only! It will not go though a shifting sequence. I have been able to limp home and park the vehicle. Next day when started all seems normal???
