2020 JEEP WRANGLER Complaints

Driver side dashboard experienced an instrument cluster failure causing the center dashboard information to go completely blank so that the mileage, amount of gas, speed, warning lights, etc. are all no longer visible. There appears to have been a recall for a similar issue for Jeep Wrangler years 2018-2024 but I have been told my VIN is not part of that recall even though it appears to be the same cluster failure issue.

The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that the instrument panel had become inoperable. The dealer and the manufacturer were contacted, and the contact was informed that the VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (Electrical System). The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

3 different spot leaking coolant leading to loss of collant for engine and the engine did over heat

I have a cracked fuel line identical to the Y10 recall but outside the recall dates.

The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 MPH, the vehicle experienced the "Death Wobble". The contact stated that the front end of the vehicle violently shuddered and vibrated. The contact stated that the failure had occurred while driving on uneven pavement on two separate occasions. The local dealer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 60,000.

I have the same malfunction as described in New Safety Recall Advanced Communication – 30B released on 9/5/2024, but my VIN is not included. The malfunction relates to the Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) that becomes blank. As noted in 30B: "[a]n IPC that is not visible to the driver may result in the driver's attention being diverted from the driving task while trying to locate a desired display, which can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. The condition described above does not comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 571.101, Controls and Displays S5.3 requires vehicles to "illuminate telltales and their identification sufficiently to make them visible to the driver under daylight and nighttime driving conditions." The IPC in the suspect vehicles may not illuminate the required telltales." Can you please add my Jeep VIN to the recall list?

While driving car, instrument cluster went blank. It does not display important vehicle information like speed.

Instrument Panel went completely out. Can not tell how much gas is in the jeep, how many miles it has, can’t see any digital details on the instrument panel. Completely black.

Gauge cluster flashes and continues to spaz out impeding the use of the instrument controls such as speedometer and other equipment on the gauge cluster. This part is currently recalled on SOME jeeps. For some reason my 2020 wrangler was not included and it should be.
