Jeep, and they confirmed that my vehicle is unsafe to drive. Jeep’s only offered solution is a rental car, but they are requiring me to pay for it upfront and then seek reimbursement. I cannot afford to pay for a rental upfront, and Jeep has refused to cover the cost directly. This means I am being forced to drive a vehicle that Jeep has deemed unsafe because they will not provide a viable solution. I have called multiple times, and Jeep has continued to delay escalation while admitting my vehicle is a safety risk. I am filing this complaint because Jeep is failing to provide a timely or reasonable solution for a critical safety recall, leaving customers at risk. I need immediate assistance to hold Jeep accountable for failing to ensure my safety.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with my vehicle’s gas cap. The check engine light continues to come on due to the gas cap, and this has happened multiple times. This is the third occurrence this year, and despite ensuring that the cap is properly secured, the issue persists. I am concerned that this may indicate a defect in the gas cap or an issue with the sealing mechanism. I would appreciate any assistance in determining whether this is part of a known recall or if there is a recommended fix.

TIRE SIZE: 35X12.5R18 I bought these tires off Amazon and I was notified in December they was recalled. I have been dealing with the seller along the way and the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked me to grind the emblem off the tire to make them meet the standards of the recall. I refused to do so. I contacted Amazon to get a refund and the seller will not issue a refund. Can you help me please?

The instrument panel cluster failed in my vehicle. It is the only source of information for most systems. It is a major safety concern that this is not working. I saw there is a recall for Jeep vehicles in my model year range, but my vin is not included in the recall. can my VIN please be added? My vehicle is now inoperable because of this and has been so for over 3 weeks.
