2021 JEEP WRANGLER Complaints

The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The contact received notifications of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 23V787000 (Electrical System) and 24V111000 (Visibility); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were unavailable. The local dealer was contacted, and it was confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repairs. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had experienced the failure, causing the vehicle to lose motive power and stall. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer. The cause of the failure was yet not determined. The failure mileage was 26,000. Parts distribution disconnect.

I was leaving my home on July 25th. Suddenly when turning onto the freeway approach. The car battery light turned on. Then suddenly a Red Turtle came on dropping my speed instantly from 35 to 5 MPH. I was able to barely avoid an accident by throwing the steering wheel to the right moving out of traffic. Had this been about 1000 feet further along, things could have been dangerous. I had the car towed to the dealership.... where they informed me this is the hybrid battery.... an issue that I have had now 4 times with this vehicle and was supposed to be fixed. It has been in the shop for over 2 weeks.

VESSEL CONTINUES TO SHOW OIL PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT WITH NO OBVIOUS CAUSE - OIL PRESSURE IS WITHIN RANGE AND OIL IS NOT LOW NOR LOW LIFE?

Vehicle just turned off, lost power while driving. A "Check Charging System" message showed up on the dashboard. I was able to restart the vehicle with no further errors.

The vehicle returned to normal functionality, but the failure became a regular occurrence. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who kept the vehicle for four days but was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. After investigating the failure, the contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V767000 (Fuel System, Gasoline, Engine). The VIN was included but the vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 33,000.

My vehicle caught fire while parked in my driveway and burned to the ground resulting in a totaled vehicle, damaged garage, and damaged concrete and driveway

Driving in electric mode around 40mph into a 55mph zone I could not accelerate and the jeep started to slow down. I put the hazards on and pulled over. Shut the jeep down and restarted. Putting hybrid mode and it seemed to work fine.

The 2021 jeep wrangler wheels wobble at moderate speeds. the dealer informed me that jeeps up til 2020 had this problem and it was covered under a extended warranty. I just had to spend over $300 to get the steering damper replaced and I cannot get anyone at jeep to talk to me about this problem, even though it IS a known problem.

I was driving to work on 7-25-24 at approximately 65 mph and suddenly my jeep started to shake . It was so violent I just grabbed the wheel so tight , let off the gas and hoped I didn't crash. Cars were swerving around me. I called the dealer and told them the problem. I refused to drive the car and had it towed to the dealer. This is the second time this Death wobbled happened in the last two years. The dealer ended up changing the steering Damper both times. I feel just changing the same parts is not fixing this problem. Now I have a vehicle that I'm deathly afraid of driving. Apparently there is a known problem with this death wobble . I am writing this not just for my self but everyone else that is at risk and don't even know about this. I hope someone really looks into this problem . I am not sure what my rights are and want to get out of my lease . This car is not worth dying for. Thanks in Advance for you help
