    2010 KENWORTH SEMI, UNIT 1 LOST A SET OF DUAL WHEELS OFF HIS TRAILER. UNIT 2 STRUCK ONE OF THE WHEELS, CAUSING PROPERTY DAMAGE. THE STRUCK TIRE/WHEEL WAS REMOVED FROM THE ROADWAY.
