Spacer between U-Bolt and Leaf spring which binds front suspension system with steering axle has sifted towards front side I have two units with same problem on both of those in brought in 2022 march . Same alike unit bought by one of my friend gets same problem attaching some pictures of both unit to get more specific. Thanks

Driving a 2022 Kenworth w900 studio sleep. Stopped for fuel, fixed coffee, and walked my dog. Thirteen miles later the truck just started vibrating and immediately took a left turn into the center barrior. The truck hasnt even had its first oil change. Front BUMPERS and fenders had mimimal damge.the front sterring sytem and tires were demolishes as was the roof of truck. My team member driver suffered 9 fracured ribs and still has complications most everyday Truck had post accident report by az dept of public saftey #3 on that report says missing or defective part.

This truck was breaking automatically, and no one was front of the truck, it was scary, I almost crashed with loaded trailer on my back, it has done it multiple times, and my traction light and stability light is on all the time and adaptive cruise control had turned off completely abs light comes on and off frequently,

The contact owns a 2015 Kenworth T680. The contact stated while driving at 55 MPH, he noticed smoke coming through the AC vents and from underneath the hood of the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact veered to the side of the road and opened the hood of the vehicle. The contact noticed that the water pump was leaking and one of the hose pipe was cracked. The contact was able to drive the vehicle to a nearby independent mechanic. The independent mechanic diagnosed that the water pump and the hose pipe needed to be replaced. The parts were replaced; however, the failure persisted. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 924,278.

The contact stated that while the commercial truck was parked and turned off, a loud noise was heard outside and the contact went to investigate and discovered smoke and flames coming from under the hood of the truck. The fire department was called to the scene and extinguished the flames. During the incident, the vehicle was destroyed. A fire report was taken at the scene and the vehicle was eventually towed away. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not yet notified of the failure. The contact then turned off the ignition and the fuel stopped leaking. The contact then noticed that the fuel line that went from the fuel pump to the engine compartment had ruptured. The contact contacted an independent mechanic who arrived at the scene. The independent mechanic replaced the fuel line. The contact was able to start the vehicle and continued driving. The contact referenced NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V657000 (Engine and Engine Cooling). The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 457,000.

The air dryer bracket part number G11-6218 was craked and because of that it wasn't secured to the frame. The air dryer was hanging on the airline with the piece of the broken bracket. It is not secured. That is extremely unsafe because it could brake airlines and trucks would lose its brakes.
