I own the above Land Rover Range Rover. While driving on the highway I heard a loud pop and then found that the interior glass panel of the sunroof was completed shattered into thousands of pieces. The sunroof is composed of two pieces of glass. The exterior glass was not affected. I did nothing to cause this to occur. I found reports online of similar occurrences. The sunroof was inspected by my local Range Rover dealer in Jackson, MS who had no explanation of how this happened or could happen. I was told I would be responsible for the repair. It has yet to be repaired.

The the top of the windshield leaks. The windshield has actually pulled away from the body of the car and needs to be completely resealed. This is a well known and recall problem for 2015 to 2018 Land Rover Evokes. My Evoke is a 2019 thus dose not fall under the recall, yet its the same issue. There are many other people with this complaint which can be seen with a quick Google search on this issue. My dealership has straight out told me that my year is not in the recall, although same problem, its not a recall item because my year is not included in the recall. I am asking that you expand the current recall for leaking windshields form 2015 to 2022 (i say 2022 because on line, there seems to be an on going issue until 2022. Not to mention, this issue drastically diminishes the safety integrity of the vehicle roll over safety / security / strength. Thanks you.

The engine's cooling pipes melt leading to the cooling system failing. This then overheats the engine which leads to dangerous driving conditions. This has been a known issue in other Range Rover VINs and also affects this one.

The "3rd" brake light on Range Rovers, which are mounted under/on the SUV's rear spoiler, can detach and fly off at highway speeds, especially if any level of vibration is encountered. This high, center-mounted brake light is merely held in place with smooth clips that rely on friction to fasten them; there are no bolts, screws, pins, or even adhesive to securely fasten it. It can easily be removed from its frame (the rear spoiler) with just a slight amount of force. This is, in my opinion, a hazard to other drivers who may be following behind these SUVs.

Malfunction Indicator Lamp illuminated with VCT diagnostic trouble codes stored in module; increased induction noise while driving; reduction in performance; and camshaft over speed. This was covered in N481 but has expired. I have owned my vehicle since June 2020 and was not notified of this Service Action Notice by my dealer or Range Rover. The last 6 numbers of my VIN falls within the range of vehicles affected by this notice; I.e., 255258-354248. This is a known safety hazard and it needs to be covered for the vehicle owners affected by this issue without expiration.

I have attempted to resolve my concern wit JLR directly (executive case number 8001094516) but to no avail. I have requested that JLR send out an engineer as advised by the dealer but they have refused to date. I recently took a test drive with the fixed operations director. During that test drive, the frontal alert system only worked two times at speeds at 40mph. Never did it work at lower speeds as per JLR manuals and videos. The director who actually drove the vehicle during the test commented that he did not know why the system did not run as designed. I have had the vehicle for nearly 4 years now and the alert has only worked about 10 times and that is with freeway driving. Also to my knowledge, AEB has never worked. In 2020, a certified dealer did work on the system by taking the front bumper off to adjust the radar but to no avail then COVID. I am concerned for this potentially dangerous safety issue for my family and all others.
