2025 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT- Manhattan Beach, CA
2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport P400 Dynamic SE, VIN [XXX]. Leased new March 2025; 11,690 miles. The instrument cluster repeatedly displays "Please check engine coolant level" although the vehicle is not due for service. The cooling system is sealed and coolant should not be consumed or lost on a vehicle this new, indicating a leak or a defective level sensor. Land Rover has documented this exact symptom in manufacturer communications filed with NHTSA for the 2025 Range Rover Sport (July 2025: engine coolant leak, low coolant warning) and in a dealer bulletin for turbocharger coolant feed/return hose O-ring leaks on the Ingenium I6 3.0L petrol engine (bulletin D061). An undetected coolant leak can lead to engine overheating and sudden loss of power. I am requesting that this defect be investigated and recorded. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2021 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER VELAR- Newcastle, WA
This complaint is filed regarding an inoperable vehicle subject to active safety recall NHTSA 26V-248 / JLR Campaign D126. My 2021 Range Rover Velar MHEV experienced a total charging failure and loss of motive power caused by an internal failure of the 48V-to-12V DC-DC converter (boost control microchip defect). A professional diagnostic confirmed the 12V battery is viable, but the DC-DC converter has zero output and is throwing charging communication faults. The vehicle is completely disabled and unsafe to drive. Jaguar Land Rover North America and its authorized dealerships refuse to service, replace the failed component, or ground the vehicle under the recall campaign without requiring multi-thousand-dollar out-of-pocket payment from me, citing 'remedy not yet available.' JLR has also refused alternative mobility/loaner support for a vehicle grounded directly by this federally acknowledged safety hazard.

2024 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER SPORT- Chicago, IL
RELATED TO RECALL 26V248 ([XXX]) — VIN EXCLUDED DESPITE IDENTICAL DEFECT. INCIDENT 1 — [XXX] — [XXX] (~8,500 miles): Vehicle displayed "Stop Safely Electrical Fault Detected" red warning and lost all motive power in active highway traffic. Unable to move vehicle. Called 911; emergency responders blocked lane. Infant and two senior citizens in vehicle; both seniors suffered minor heat stroke. Vehicle towed via Land Rover Roadside Assistance to Land Rover Seattle (Bellevue). Out of service 18 days. JLRNA Technical Assistance directed software-only repair (BCM, IPCB, BECM, RFA updates). Fault codes: P033-11 and B1651-92 (DC/DC converter internal operating mode failure). No physical converter replaced. INCIDENT 2 — [XXX] — [XXX] (~9,966 miles): Same failure recurred. Vehicle lost motive power in active traffic. Called 911 again. Towed via Land Rover Roadside Assistance to Howard Orloff Imports (authorized retailer), Chicago. JLRNA Tech Line confirmed via data logger: "DC TO DC CONVERTER FAILED INTERNALLY." Converter physically replaced (Part No. 433123464). Dealership RO notes: "customer states this has happened before in Seattle." 2026: "Stop Safely Electrical Fault Detected" warning reappeared. Dealer unable to investigate as error was not active at time of visit. JLRNA has issued a final decision excluding this VIN from Recall D126 on the basis that the converter was previously replaced. However: (1) the first repair was a JLRNA T/A-directed software fix that failed; (2) JLRNA has not confirmed whether Part No. 433123464 is the revised spec referenced in the recall remedy; (3) the 2026 warning reappearance suggests the defect may not be resolved. Both repair orders are attached. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY SPORT- Wadsworth , IL
2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport, turbocharger failed at approximately 98,000 miles. Vehicle required turbocharger replacement costing over $5,000. VIN is excluded from the existing turbocharger class-action settlement because the vehicle is identified as having a BorgWarner single-scroll turbocharger. I believe the turbocharger failure may represent a premature manufacturing/design defect similar to the turbocharger failures alleged in the existing Flynn-Murphy litigation.

2020 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER EVOQUE- Lehigh Acres , FL
My vehicle is affected by Safety Recall D126 / 26V-248. The vehicle has already experienced the recall failure: loss of charging, stalling while driving, and now it will not crank at all. The dealership is refusing towing, refusing to document the safety failure, and refusing Transportation. Corporate has also refused assistance. I am left without a vehicle and unable to work. This is an unsafe condition and a violation of federal recall obligations.
