While entering into a parking spot the car suddenly surged, went over a curb, and crashed into a store front. The driver had her foot on the brake. We checked to see if the floor mat was against the accelerator and it was not. I have a photo of the mat.

I purchased a brand-new 2025 Lexus NX 350 from Lexus of Smithtown, NY less than two months ago. At around 1,300 miles, I discovered a large amount of water pooled on the front passenger floor and could hear water sloshing inside the vehicle while driving. I immediately brought it to the dealership for inspection. According to the dealer’s service report dated October 13, 2025, technicians found the A/C drain clogged, removed the carpet from the front passenger area, and confirmed the padding was soaked with water. They recommended replacing the carpet, padding, and performing an A/C refresh service, estimating about $7,000. The dealership stated the issue was caused by “outside influence” and referred me to file an insurance claim rather than covering it under the new-vehicle warranty. The vehicle has never been exposed to flooding, road debris, or unusual environmental conditions. It is kept in a clean residential garage and driven under normal use. Given the extremely low mileage and short ownership period, this appears to be a manufacturing or design defect in the HVAC condensate drain system rather than external damage. Water intrusion inside the cabin poses potential safety and health risks, including mold growth, corrosion of electrical components, and possible impact on airbag or electronic systems. Similar A/C drain and water-leak problems have been reported by other Lexus NX owners in prior model years, suggesting a recurring design weakness that may also affect the 2025 model. Lexus should investigate whether the A/C drain design or installation allows premature blockage and issue a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) or recall if appropriate. My daughter was driving home at night and the vehicle brakes did not respond normally after coming to a gated entry, she was able to stop with limited braking power and luckily she did not get into an accident. The vehicle gave no warning prior to the incident, and started to show all 4 lights on the dash after the fact;BRAKE, CAUTION, ABS, Stability Control with a beeping sound. She had to stop the vehicle immediately because we felt if was unsafe to do so. The car was stored in the garage for a few days waiting for the codes to get scanned but after starting it the errors were gone, I was able to take a long drive without a problem. Then once again while driving (not when starting the vehicle) the codes reappeared and have been scanned and shows multiple errors; C1252, C1253, C1256, and C1391. This corresponds to the errors in the Brake Booster Pump. Now the car is beeping all the time and probably needs expensive repairs. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request.

My vehicle brake, ABS, lights are on the dashboard, Lexus has deemed the vehicle unsafe to drive due to the brake actuator being faulty causing internal damage to the ABS, junction box this is a $5000 repair, upon my research I find that service bulletin were issued years ago about this from Lexus and they reimbursed or repaired these issues during a good will campagne they initiated, was advised by a Lexus member of corporate that the letter came out for my vehicle but I was not the owner at the time, they are now saying its expired and nothing they can do. This does not waive their responsibility of this defect, which is not a wear and tear item. I have tried to allow Lexus to remedy this situation only to be hit with resistance. Please see attached

On 10/7/25, the passenger side front tire malfunctioned - I currently have the tire. On 9/7/25, the drivers side rear tire malfunctioned - I no longer have that tire but I have included the receipt for the new tire I had to purchase. On 9/7/25, I was driving alone on the Florida Turnpike at night and in the rain, when the rear drivers side tire blew and was completely destroyed with multiple holes in the sidewall. Fortunately I was able to maintain control of the car, but I was stuck on the side of the highway until a Florida Road Ranger came to assist. The problem was reproduced on the morning of 10/7 when I found my passenger side front tire flat with a split sidewall. I am scheduled to take the car to the Lexus service department on 10/8/25 for inspection. The front passenger tire does not feel like rubber, it can be described as a mix of cardboard and plastic. On the evening of 9/7/25, when the rear drivers side tire blew, there was little warning, the low tire pressure warning light came on and I felt the flat tire in less than one minute. I purchased this new 2025 Lexus GX 550 in March of 2025 from JM Lexus in South Florida and these were the original tires. The car currently has 9,766 miles on it and used for commuting to work and running errands. [XXX] PT5A, 265 /55 R 20.
