The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln MKZ. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the panoramic sunroof shattered with no impact. The contact mentioned that glass flew inside the vehicle. The contact also had glass in her hair. No injuries were sustained. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 113,000.

The contact owns a 2016 Lincoln MKC. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V378000 (Engine) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

Driving down the road and all of a sudden multiple warnings come on the dash. They include : Service AvanceTrac, pre collision assist not available, 4WD fault service required, and Hill start assist not available. These warning all clear upon restart but will come back at random times. I joined a forum for this vehicle and a lot of owners are reporting this issue.

Unsure what component failed specifically, has been inspected by dealer multiple times. This randomly occurs while driving. It disables a number of safety features such a collision assist and traction control as well as several driving modes until the car is fully powered off and restarted. There are multiple reports of this occurring frequently in online groups. No warnings prior to the failure but multiple warnings when it fails. This can occur daily, even multiple times a day during normal driving. Dealer has tried replacing multiple modules and sensors but problem persists.

Was slowly entering my garage when there was a sudden acceleration. Put on brake but not before my car went thru the back garage wall and fell about four feet down before hitting the patio floor. It traveled across the patio and went over some furniture on the deck. The air bag never went off. The transmission had been very temperamental before this happened. I was not injured but could have caused a real issue had I been in traffic. I love the car but I personally will not drive it again. It is a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus.

A couple weeks after recall of battery monitor sensor and an oil change was done (NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID: 23V378000) at a Lincoln dealership, cylinder 1 had a misfire and check engine light came and has stayed on. The vehicle has 61,000 miles and I am now told, by the dealership, it has coolant intrusion. Again the vehicle was taken to the same Lincoln dealership that did the original work. Research seems to show the 2017 Lincoln MKC has a known issue. Ford has technical service bulletin # 19-2346 released 19 December 2019 and it appears that do not disclose this to avoid fixing under their 6 year or 70,000 mile warranty. They redesigned the 2.0L ecoboost engine in 2020. Our engine could fail and put our 3 year old son at risk of injury.

What system Failed: Hydraulic Control Unit within the braking system. Brake Pedal and Master cylinder in good working order. Safety Concern: Vehicle failed to stop. Peddle completely to the floor. Accident avoided. Problem Reproduced or confirmed by Service Center: Yes, at a cost of $1,699.00 Inspected: Yes. Vehicle has low miles. Odometer: 114,591 Warnings: No lights or warnings, attempted to stop and brake pedal to the floor. Stopped driving until repairs made. Unsafe! Vehicle failed to stop in normal traffic without warning, speed was approximately 45 mph. Personal Information: Site stated do not list personal information. The contact owns a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the instrument cluster failed to operate as needed. The contact was not able to see if any warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer; however, the contact was not sure if the vehicle was diagnosed. The dealer was unable to find a failure with the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V076000 (Electrical System). The dealer confirmed that the vehicle was not included in the recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and confirmed that the vehicle was not under recall. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000.

My dash touchscreen display became inoperable, no radio, no camera, no NOTHING My wiper blades come on by themselves and won't allow me to shut them off. The headlights remain on in the auto position... they won't shut off. Warning Lights on the dash comes on at times (lights up with lots of warnings) I'm no auto professional, but I think my issues are linked. I also, see that years ago there was a body control module recall that mentioned electrical shorts that could possibly cause a vehicle fire. OMG, I believe there's an electrical problem and I am hoping that the recall would cover these issues.

The acceleration of the car became difficult and was followed by noise and switch to high gears. Was about to enter an expressway. Did a U-turn last moment. Turned back home and was barely able to park it on the driveway. Was driving with the [XXX] toddler in my car during a thunderstorm. Was lucky the car didn’t stop on expressway. Noticed that the driveway is covered in fluid with rainbow coloring. That trip was about 10 minutes long, that it took me to drive and come back. The shifting of the gears are now impossible.
