Rear camera quits working or it works only upside down. The seatbelts are deteriorating.

2 years ago air bags were replaced on a recall notice. Last week dash board is showing a warning notice with the air bag(s) again. Is there another recall for the air bags? Do I have to pay for replacement?

Loosing Coolant resulting in coolant leaking into the engine. White smoke coming from exhaust m. Repair garage states only fix is to replace with revised engine causing over $10,000 in repair costs.

The contact owns a 2018 Lincoln MKC. The contact stated that when the vehicle was cold-started, the vehicle shuddered, shook abnormally, and idled roughly. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was still running rough after the engine had reached normal operating temperatures. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that there was coolant intrusion into the cylinders, and the engine needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 49,000.

Since [XXX], I had my new car for five months and began receiving pre-collision assist not available and park aid malfunction. I have been receiving these since March. I took it into the dealer and they said that there would be a software update by May 1, 2025, this is the middle of June. I contacted them again around the first of June and the dealer told me the Software Updates would be available by the middle of June. This is a very dangerous situation because I do not have line assist and I don’t have any cruise. I feel like no one is listening to me since I still do not have the Software Updates and cannot use those functions on my new car. Lincoln Navigation has incorrect speed limit detection/programming on rural roads in Fulton County Ohio. When using the Adaptive Cruise, firstly the Speed Limit icon that is stationary on the dash, right in front of the driver, has incorrect speed limits. The speed limits icon also randomly goes from the incorrect speed of 45mpg, suddenly for no environmental reason, drops to 25 mph, then after a distance, goes back up to 45 mpg. The speed limits on all rural roads, other than municipalities, is 55 mph. While using the Adaptive Cruise, if someone is behind me, doing 55 mph that I've set my cruise to, and SUDDENLY I drop my speed to 25 or even 45 mph, there could most likely be a rear end collision. I have been in contact with Lincoln dealerships, Lincoln Concierge, Lincoln Way, Lincoln Over the Air... I just get passed around from department to department, having me reset my screens, but no knows how to fix. I've spent numerous hours on the phone. No one calls me back like they say they will. I've repeated this issue so many times to so many different people and departments, it's been extremely frustrating. If they could get me to someone that programs the navigation that Lincoln follows to re-programs those incorrect roads, all would be fixed. I believe Lincoln has it's own system because Google Maps and Waze are displaying the correct speeds at the exact locations.

The contact owns a 2019 Lincoln Continental. The contact stated that while driving 40 MPH, the steering wheel turned approximately 90-degrees counterclockwise unintendedly while the vehicle continued driving straight. The message "Adaptive Steering Fault - Service Now" was displayed. The contact stated that upon turning off and restarting the vehicle later, the steering wheel returned to the center. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the steering wheel needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 25,000.

My car has lost powering steering three times now. I have replaced the rack and pinion module twice and I’m fixing to a third time. This has happened all within the last 3.5 years

My MKZ started slowly losing coolant and running rough particularly upon starting the engine. Two days later the overheating warning came on and I pulled over and shut off the engine. Sioux Falls Ford has diagnosed it as coolant intrusion in the engine requiring a new engine block.

My daughter almost killed herself in the car at [XXX]; the steering wheel and wheels got stuck. She's stuck at [XXX] close by [XXX] in the middle of the road, She's already called the mechanic and towing company and his assistant so I can get to work. The car is under my name [XXX] .
