2019 MERCEDES BENZ A220. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO ISSUES WITH THE WINSHIELD AND TIRES IN VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE FRONT AND BACK WINDSHIELDS DEVELOPED BUBBLES AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AT 3000 MILES. SHORTLY AFTER, THE TIRES WERE DETEREMINED TO BE 50% WORN. THE MANUFACTURER AND DEALER WERE NOTIFIED.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 MERCEDES-BENZ A220. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH AND DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND AND THE GEAR DISPLAY INDICATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS IN THE NEUTRAL POSITION. AFTER RESTARTING THE ENGINE, THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO FLAGSHIP MOTOR CARS OF LYNNFIELD (NORTH 385 BROADWAY RTE 1, LYNNFIELD, MA) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. AFTER RETRIEVING THE VEHICLE, THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,344.
