2025 MERCEDES-BENZ AMG GLC43 Complaints

every time I get into my vehicle, I have a new malfunction that pops up and when I take it to the dealership they can never find what’s wrong. I have had multiple instances where my screen will turn black and there’s nothing I can do or the screen will freeze, and I can’t figure out how to get it back on. I can’t figure out how to get CarPlay to automatically connect to my phone because the vehicle is so jacked up. It’s been in the shop probably about 13 times since I’ve gotten it last December and has been in collision for six months now from someone rear ending me. every time collision calls me to pick it up and says it’s fixed it’s not fixed.

The loss of power happened suddenly at freeway speeds, almost causing an accident. I had to drive with hazard lights on and crawl to the slow lane to avoid a collision. Confirmed by dealer: Yes. Mercedes-Benz of Fresno reproduced and confirmed the misfire, performed diagnostics, inspected all cylinders, ran a compression test, verified the burned electrode, and documented the engine misfire on the repair invoice. Inspected by manufacturer/service center: Yes. This was inspected by the authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership technicians. The issue has occurred alongside ongoing electronic/driver-assistance malfunctions reported since early ownership. Warning lamps/messages prior to failure: Yes. The check-engine light was flashing right before the loss of power. Previous issues with drivability, acceleration hesitation, and electronic faults have occurred multiple times before this incident.
