2026 MERCEDES-BENZ C 300 Complaints

I acquired a Mercedes-Benz C300 from Mercedes-Benz of White Plains at [XXX] [XXX] on the last day of XXX Within 2 days of the car sitting in my driveway, I took it out for a drive; the electronic systems failed while I was driving on the highway. The speedometer and odometer went dark, and the turn signals stopped working. Blind Spot Warning, All electronics. I immediately return the vehicle to the dealership. One of the technicians and the manager acknowledged that not only do they see it because it’s still current, but they’ve had similar issues before. They would attempt to repair it with some software updates. In that same conversation, they acknowledged again that this problem had happened before in different capacities. When driving 75mph in order to change my favorite radio station, I must go to the center tablet, scroll until I find the station desired and then must tap it in the center or it does not change. On my 2025 MB C model you could change the channels on the steering column. I asked MB to research this issue and I was told a third party wrote the 2026 software and did not include this option! Is it not a safety concern that when doing 75 mph you must take your eyes off the road to find and change a radio channel? No One cares at MB and I was told that I need to live with it !! Really that is the solution??
