I’ve been driving my car since September when it was purchased I just got it from dealership 4/9/26 spent over $1100 and have been working like regular full time schedule, I wake up today 4/27/26 trying to work and car is stalling. Not sure what’s going on with these mechanics and technicians. I pay to dollar to ensure my family safety on the road here I am stuck without support due to my circumstances. Also, my car just idles the shuts off doesn’t turn mall the way on, magically a check engine light flashed then car just immediately stalled and won’t turn back over all the way.

I purchased a new Mercedes Benz GLC300 2023. Last month, my friend and I were driving on I75 in Florida when we heard what sounded like a loud boom or gunshot. We quickly discovered that my sunroof had exploded. The sunroof was closed, and fortunately so was the sunshade, as large pieces of glass flew off the roof and smaller shards of glass collected on top of the sunshade. My friend and I were fortunate to have not been insured and were able to safely navigate the vehicle to the side of the road to assess the damage. In contacting the MB dealership, I learned that the sunroof is considered "glass" and thus not covered under warranty even though the vehicle is only 3 years old with less than 50,000 miles. What is more concerning to me is that the roof was not under a recall, and there have apparently been other MB owners that have experienced the same issue with class action lawsuits pending. My insurance company covered the repairs following payment for the deductible. This huge safety concern is that we could have been seriously injured by flying and/or falling glass. I write to express my deepest concern over the safety issue the exploding roof presents-the cost of repair relative to what could have happened is minor. Thank you for the attention to this matter.

This complaint documents three deficiencies in Mercedes-Benz's recall response for recalls 25V487 and 26V073. First, the BMS software update applied under 25V050 reduced my vehicle's range by approximately 20% and degraded charging performance without adequate disclosure to owners. Second, Mercedes-Benz delayed notification to U.S. owners after fires occurred in already-remediated vehicles in Europe in November 2025. Third, interim measures are inadequate, now confirmed by EVgo independently restricting affected vehicles from their DC fast charging network. A detailed complaint document is attached. My 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLB 250 is experiencing engine misfires and fault codes consistent with a known cylinder head defect that is the subject of a recall affecting 2022 and earlier models. A certified mechanic has confirmed the issue aligns with the recall defect. Despite identical symptoms and engine configuration, my VIN is excluded. The condition results in loss of power and creates a potential safety hazard while driving. The following codes are referenced in the Mercedes recall and by recorded by the auto repair shop that provided an estimate for the repair: P1CEF85 - Injector injection quantity adjustment for cylinder balancing has almost reached the upper limit value at atleast one cylinder. P1CE577 - Injector injection quantity adjustment for uniform mixture formation has detected an excessively lean mixture at atleast one cylinder.

The breaks on these vehicles are extremely dangerous . Before I leased this vehicle test drove 3 vehicles. The salesman said the breaks will adjust as you drive. They have not. ITS all over the internet that this vehicle has very unresponsive breaks. It takes 75 precent of pressure pushing down on the break pad distance before the car breaks engage. I already almost had an accident as the distance it takes for the car to respond is a significant distance before the car comes to a full stop. I have brought back the car to my dealership three times expressing my displeasure and each time I m told there is nothing they can do unless a fix comes from the manufacture. They said I'm not the first to complain about these dangerous breaks. What will it take for Mercedes to address this issue before someone gets killed. I hope there is someone at the NHTSA that will take the initiative to contact Mercedes and get them to address this very unsafe defect on these model cars. I thank you in advance.

Panoramic sunroof fails to open/ close evenly due to binding issue and plastic track failure. One side binds while the other moves, causing glass to tilt and jam. Risk of dangerous injury including glass shattering, sudden detachment, distraction while driving, and water intrusion affecting airbags/electronics.

When I decelerate my brake lights don’t flash to warn the driver behind me that I am potentially slowing down .

Mercedes issued a recall for Mercedes C class for the model year up to 2015 for rear subframe that is rusting with holes in it. The dealer tells me my car is not covered by Mercedes even though it is a 2015 model. They gave me an estimate for the repair of over $5000. They say the model changed mid 2015 and mine is a model that is not covered. This could cause a serious crash at high speed. I am not sure why that repair is not covered for my 2015 model & I would like Mercedes to honor the repair.

Reporting because I see reports on other searches of this happening on other Mercedes Benz various years and models, the front stationary roof panel has shattered, cracked. I was lucky, my vehicle is only cracked (leaving my windshield components open to the weather , ie rain in Washington). Others report shattering while driving and having injuries from blowing glass. This appears to be an ongoing problem with Mercedes, they want over $2000 to fix a common problem with their vehicles.

My C300 MBZ, 2016 is experiencing the same symptoms as indicated in a recall, but my vehicle is not included in that recall. Cams act as a vital component to your automobile's engine. A camshaft is a shaft to which a cam is fastened or of which a cam forms an integral part. Camshafts provide power to the cams which are vital for basic engine operation. The cost of fixing this approximately $10,000 per Mercerdes dealer and estimate from Keyes Mercerdes. The Brief: Mercedes-Benz issued a recall for some model cars tied to a faulty drive shaft.T he problem not only can cause vehicles to lose power but may elevate crash risk, according to the National Traffic Safety Administration. Owners of the affected vehicles can take them to their local dealership to receive free repairs, however per MBZ corporate 2016 C300 not included? Mercedes-Benz is recalling 24,092 cars connected to a drive shaft universal joint that may break, resulting in a sudden loss of drive power.
