    - DAVENPORT, FL

    WHILE CLEANING THE TIRES CONSUMER RUBBED HANDS ACROSS THE TREAD AND NOTICED THAT IT WASN'T SMOOTH. THE TIRES WERE CUPPING, AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THERE WAS 11.32 TREAD REMAINING ON THE LEFT SIDE TIRES, AND 9.32 TREAD REMAINING ON THE RIGHT SIDE TIRES. DEALERSHIP INDICATED THAT CUPPING WAS DUE TO THE MANUFACTURER USING A LOAD D TIRE INSTEAD OF LOAD E. THE TIRE COULDN'T WITHSTAND THE LOAD. *AK
