Manufacturer has failed to provide a remedy for recall campaign R24B2 in a timely manner. The vehicle capability is impaired as the effective range is now limited due to the inability to fast charge the vehicle. It no longer provides the same functionality. The value of the vehicle is also reduced due to the open recall, so I am unable to resell the vehicle and replace it with a comparable model.

The recall preventing me from fast charging and using my car as intended was supposed to be fixed by now! I would like a buyback by Nissan since they can't reach a resolution.

The battery fire recall on my vehicle has been open since October 2024. The fix was supposed to happen March 2025. It is now May 2025 with no fix in sight. The value of my car has plummeted due to this recall and I am unable to sell to a private party as it is not in working condition. My car should be deemed a lemon as it is unsafe on the road with no fix in the pipeline. [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The affected EV battery in my vehicle is in danger of fire during Level 3 quick charging that I frequently use. It has been 8 months since the recall, but no remedy is available yet. This is utterly unacceptable and may even be illegal.
