    THE FRONT LEFT AXLE WAS DEFECTIVE. AS A RESULT, THE STEERING KNUCKLE FAILED. *AK (LEFT BEARING AND AXLE STEERING KNUCKLE) THE VEHICLE HAD AN FC921 MERITOR AXLE IN IT. THE MANUFACTURER/DEALER WERE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THIS AXLE IN THE PAST. RECALL#98V156001. *SC *JB
