    1980 PLYMOUTH VOLARE LOWER BRACKET ATTACHED TO THE AXLE HOUSING BROKE OFF. THE LOWER BRACKET WAS WEAKENED BY RUST. IT BROKE OFF NEAR THE MOUNTING FLANGE. THE FLANGES WERE STILL INTACT. *NM
