The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V896000 (Back Over Prevention). The manufacturer was made aware of the issue but provided no assistance. The contact was informed that the parts were not yet available. The failure mileage was approximately 10.
