    HORN WAS SOUNDING WITH NO ONE IN THE CAR. SMOKE WAS COMING FROM THE HORN, UNDER THE HOOD. UNPLUGGED THE HORN. SAME PROBLEM AS SEEN IN RECALL 98V307000. *TR
