2022 TESLA MODEL Y Complaints

On April 28th i was driving to work as usual in my tesla model y , and i am on a local road driving around 40-45 miles speed. I was always maintaining enough stopping distance and on one of the local road, a driver before me stopped abruptly because of Garbage Trash Can came and hit her car. I braked immediately and expected Tesla will stop before only but seems tesla did not brake till last second and i ended up pulling to the right most side to avoid collision and i ended up hitting Pole to save hitting any humans to the best of my ability to save lives. My biggest concern is why tesla emergency brake did not apply for forward collision? what went wrong? As far as i remember i put the brakes and it did not stop. if this happened on highway on higher speeds, my life would have costed along with others. Can we get this investigated with Tesla? i reached out to them no one cares to respond. Tesla recorded my accident, but it does not tell why it failed to apply emergency brakes!!!

Less than 2 minutes into my drive the car decided to disable lane keep assistance and warnings for no reason. As you can see in the photo linked below the vehicles in the oncoming lane are lagging and look kind of like a ghost car while the rest of the screen is totally fine. Well all I did was switch from the middle lane to the left lane like I do everyday with my indicator on, on my way to McDonalds. Absolutely no reason why this happened like I mentioned I had my indicator on nobody was around me and visibility is perfect. For the last 8 months I've been reporting this FATAL error where my Tesla in FSD with location set will slow down all the way to 0mph in a 70mph zone on the expressway for a stop sign and round about under the highway that is not visible by ANY of the cameras the car is supposedly using to 'read the environment' well that's a load of crap because its stopping for non existent stop signs and driving 57mph in a 70mph zone and misses several speed signs in the video. Biggest mistake Tesla ever made was not hiring me. Tesla has amateur's and liars that will do anything for an extra buck even if it means killing you and your family with a car that was put together by robots and slaves with your tax dollars. Zero ethics. When Elon says "May the 4th be with you" he really means "I hope you get killed by the dumptruck behind you while I slam the brakes on the highway". Modern day techno-hitler. After the car couldn't drive me into oncoming traffic and put me out of my misery; I reset the car and then all the safety features were disabled again, the car couldn't see the solid white freshly painted lanes during the middle of the day with perfect visibility. As I approached the red light I demonstrated how the Tesla has no collision warning or assistance enabled although they are features advertised on the car that I paid for. Once again not a coincidence. Tesla has refused or is incapable of repairing this Frankenstein's monster covid Tesla it needs to be Totaled under lemon law. All the windows are from different countries FFS. Also the doors are sagging and scratching the base of the car but Tesla is also completely blind on that one too, go figure! They've also illegally tracked me home and to the grocery store but that's just what I can prove, I'm sure they've broken more privacy laws than just that. From a simple Google search you can discover how Tesla employees use the car footage to spy on you in your own home and pass around nude photos of you on internal company email and messenger apps. Once again I caught on video my car trying to suicide me (a Jeffrey Epstein (not a typo I'm in fear for my life) witness) by turning off all safety features and attempting to drive me directly into oncoming traffic. Tesla has REFUSED to repair or replace my car. They have done EVERYTHING they can to prevent me from getting service for months. Reschedule after reschedule, 'we cant reproduce the problem' and 'the car is fixed' after recording them doing NOTHING on hidden camera for 3 days besides unplugging my dashcam after I told them on my IG that I was recording them and they agreed because its clearly posted on the door used to enter and unplug the camera. This is racketeering, tampering with a witness and attempted murder not to mention conspiracy to defraud the US Government with false advertisements to convince blind and corrupt politicians to give Elon ANOTHER round of government subsidies even though co2 isn't the problem, METHANE is! As you can see in the video the cars path is stuck in the ":Kill yourself with oncoming traffic" mode. Since the day I got it the Tesla hasn't been able to identify emergency vehicles with their lights on. I started video taping after like the 20th time because my dashcam cant show you the screen also. I did this strictly to display that the Tesla failed to identify a State Trooper with his lights on for several hundred feet with 'Full Self Driving' enabled. Just to be clear the car is on the current software update and has ALWAYS been up to date. Tesla is once again lying about the cars capabilities and putting innocent Police officers and random civilians at risk of serious bodily injury or death. I pay $9.99/month for 'premium connectivity' which is an acronym for "None of the features you paid for actually work unless you ALSO pay us $9.99/month for Spotify wrapped as Tesla radio that doesn't work half the days you drive it". How can you sell me a car with all these safety features, charge me to have access to them and then not give me service? I paid for features Tesla isn't capable of delivering on. The car radio keeps freezing on songs insulting me or wont play music at all. After resetting the car while driving for the 937,845,609,238,457,609,823,756,098,273,546,908,723,549,068th time the car started playing "Car Radio" a song about a guys car radio being stolen and the silence making him want to pull the steering wheel and kill himself in a car accident. Shortly after this the car radio played "Kill yourself on a Beach" on my daily trip to McDonalds because it's all I can afford while slowly going bankrupt driving this Tesla on Uber because of all the 'defects' and false advertising if you can even call it anything other than intentional punishment for whistleblowing at this point. Tampering with a witness is a 3rd degree Felony Federal Offense punishable by up to 5 years in Prison with a $5,000 fine. Photo attached. Since I received this awful vehicle it has never properly identified emergency vehicles. Sometimes it confuses neon/led signs with emergency lights and smashes on the brake for emergency vehicles that aren't there. Other times it slams on the brakes on the highway when behind an emergency vehicle and the reflective tape is lit up from my own headlights bouncing on the awfully hard and cheap suspension on this 'performance' vehicle. Lately I've captured video of the car completely failing to see a FIRE TRUCK right in front of it for at least 1 minute straight with the lights and sirens on. This is unacceptable. Tesla not only wants me and my family dead, they don't care about the lives of our brave firefighters, EMTs and police officers. Then don't care about YOU either. Shut it down this is beyond criminal! Almost everyday I have to restart the car while I'm driving because the car starts playing songs that are mean, discriminatory, or out right telling me to "Kill yourself on the beach" and "You can't sit here". While I'm driving I'm forced to restart the car to regain control of my instrument cluster which when resetting while driving you basically lose all features of the car minus steering gas and brake. The sentry mode isn't recording, the indicators aren't working, there is no speedometer or navigation, all safety features are disabled. It's the perfect time to commit a crime, no evidence except my iphone dashcam and anyone else around. I have to sometime do this with children in the car because the radio keeps cursing and I can't change the song. This car is a haunted death trap and I have entered pre-arbitration with Tesla but they have not responded. I have a lawfirm on standby that has offices in FL, CA and TX. They want my 10,000 gigabytes of EVIDENCE bad unlike NHTSA. That's because they are fascists and trying to cover this up. He also bought Twitter as part of this coverup.
