    FUEL RAIL STUCK OPEN CAUSING THE ENGINE TO CONTINUE TO RUN AT HIGH RPMS AFTER IGNITION SWITCH TURNED OFF AND KILL SWITCH WAS ENGAGED, RESULTING IN ENGINE FIRE. MJS
