    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 THOMAS TRANSIT LINER BUS(NA). THE CONTACT STATED THE FRAME RAIL FRACTURED NEAR THE REAR PASSENGER'S SIDE AXLE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 152,900.
