    THE SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT OF THE 3RD PLUG HOLE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF MY FORD V-10 ENGINE. IT STRIPPED ALL THE THREADS IN THE HOLE AND BROKE THE COIL MOUNT OFF. *JB
