COACHMEN Recalls

Jan 19, 2026 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Forest River Work and Play, 2024-2026 East to West Takoda, Coachmen Chaparral, 2025-2026 Shasta Phoenix, 2023-2025 Forest River Riverstone, 2022-2026 Coachmen Adrenaline, and 2025 Forest River Cedar Creek fifth wheel travel trailers. The ramp door may break away from the door frame while loading or unloading vehicles.

Oct 24, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Coachmen Catalina travel trailers. The chassis outrigger may contact and puncture the tire.

Oct 10, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Forest River Aurora, Coachmen Catalina, 2026 Coachmen Viking, Coachmen Clipper, 2016-2026 Wildwood, and Salem recreational trailers. The distribution panel wire may be connected to the battery without over current protection.

Apr 18, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Forest River Aurora and Coachmen Catalina travel trailers. Please see the 573 report for the complete list of model numbers. The front exterior accent lights, awning, and auto-leveling system may be incorrectly wired and not have proper over current circuit protection.

Apr 14, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Coachmen Catalina, Forest River Aurora, Cascade, Cedar Creek, Cherokee, Sandpiper, Sierra, 2025 Campsite Reserve, Impression, Pause, Puma, Sabre, Salem, Vengeance, and Wildwood fifth wheel and travel trailers, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.

Apr 10, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Coachmen Brookstone BKF398MBL fifth wheels. The wastewater holding tank pipe may not extend to the exterior of the vehicle, allowing sewer gas to enter the cabin.

Apr 10, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain Coachmen Catalina BCAT154RBX travel trailers. The wastewater holding tank pipe may not extend to the exterior of the vehicle, allowing sewer gas to enter the cabin.

Apr 04, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Coachmen Apex and Remote travel trailers. The solar panel wiring may be incorrectly wired to the battery, causing it to melt.

Feb 21, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2017-2025 Coachmen Catalina, 2020-2025 Aurora, and 2025 Puma travel trailers. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) on the Federal placard may exceed the safety chain rating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 110, "Tire Selection and Rims" and 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."

Feb 21, 2025 – Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Coachmen Catalina ACAT35FME travel trailers. The towing coupler may be underrated for the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the trailer.
