Nov 19, 2025 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Volterra ZSL side loader garbage trucks. A software error may cause the grabber fingers to move without input from the operator.

Nov 03, 2025 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Volterra side loader trucks. The intermediate side reflex reflectors may be missing. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Nov 03, 2025 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Metro Pak vehicles. The side and rear reflex reflectors and rear clearance lights may be missing. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Dec 06, 2024 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2024 Atlantic and Zero Radius Side Loader vehicles equipped with certain Agility Fuel Solutions CNG Fuel Systems, using part number 10300466. The manual cylinder valves may develop stress corrosion cracks in the bottom plugged port, causing a leak.

Oct 15, 2024 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2010-2024 Rear Loader vehicles. The license plate light was installed in the wrong location and may not fully illuminate the license plate. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Aug 22, 2024 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2015-2024 Zero Radius refuse trucks. The side loader arm may not be properly secured, resulting in unexpected movement while driving.

Sep 23, 2022 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Zero Radius trucks. The ejector welds may fail, causing pressure and force to be placed on the hydraulic cylinder, which can cause it to penetrate through the side of the truck body.

May 26, 2022 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2022 Bridgemaster Mixer Trucks. Insufficient clearance between the tire and fender hardware could allow the tire to contact the fender hardware, possibly resulting in fender or fender tube detachment.

May 26, 2022 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2020-2022 STD Mixer and Bridgemaster Mixer Trucks. The labels that provide instructions to the operator on the proper operation of the mixer's functions were not installed.

Dec 08, 2020 – McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing, Inc. (McNeilus) is recalling certain 2020 Bridgemaster Mixer vehicles. These mixer trucks do not have the position at which the pusher axles should be operated listed on the information plate.
