    TIRE TREADS STARTED SEPARATING AND BUBBLED UP INSIDE OF TIRE. SAW TREAD SEPARATION BEFORE ANY ACCIDENT OCCURRED AND REPLACED DEFECTIVE TIRE. WAS TOLD THE TIRE WOULD NOT HAVE LASTED ANOTHER 200 MILES.
