2020 AUDI A4- Manhattan Beach, CA
The MMI system in car will shut down and reboot many times while driving. If in the process of backing up or parking, it will disable the parking sensors as well. I have taken into dealership and they claim it is an iphone update issue. I have contacted Apple, they are not aware of any such issue.

2025 AUDI Q7- Acworth, GA
The system keeps turning itself on after I knowingly turn it off. I have seen that other customers have complained for the same reason. I have owned the car since 1/30/25, it has turned itself on average 1-2x per week since owning the car. There are a myriad of other software issues with the car that Audi refuses to fix. When it comes back on, if I do not immediately notice, making any lane change becomes very dangerous, or particularly in a panic situation, the steering wheel is jerked so hard by the car that it is not a safe system to have turned on.

2020 AUDI Q3- Bentonville, AR
The sunroof in the Audi Q3 leaks and the water drops from the ceiling INTO the cabin. Water also comes through the passenger side panel and drips onto the floor causing flooding of the floorboards. This is a KNOWN issue and Audi has released a TSB (technical service bulletin) to attempt to fix these, but it’s just a band aid. It keeps coming back over and over. Water intrudes into the center lights and they flicker and short out. Water drips from these lights into the center gearshift area and it is an extreme safety hazard. PLEASE force Audi to fix this and make it right with their customers. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE AND SHOULD BE A FULL RECALL

2014 AUDI A5- Annapolis, MD
On March 24, 2025 I submitted a valid claim for reimbursement to Audi of America for the outstanding recall on my A5's water pump along with the receipt for the service. Audi denied reimbursement because I had a claim that was "too old" from the recall date. This is of course, illegal. I would like Audi to reimburse me for my valid recall service. Body of email sent to Audi of America on March 24: To whom it may concern; I had previously submitted for reimbursement for work performed on my 2014 Audi A5 in August 2024. The vehicle has a recall notice for the waterpump; my waterpump failed as indicated in the recall notice and I had it repaired. I did not have the itemized receipt for the work performed and am attaching that receipt now. I am seeking reimbursement for the two major work groups as indicated on the invoice: AIR CONDITION DIAGNOSIS - $251.33 WATER PUMP: AUDI - $1554.80 Total Reimbursement Request - $1806.13

2020 AUDI A4- Union, KY
2020 Audi A4 went in for service on 2/27. After servicing, car's electrical MMI system started rebooting randomly while driving. When this random reboot occurs, the backup camera, parking collision warning no longer function. On some trips, this occurs as often as 5-6 times while others occur just once. The problem is increasing in frequency. I took it back to the dealer on 4/16 where the only thing they could find via codes was a faulty a/c component. After searching online for a solution, I arrived at several reddit threads with other 2020 audi a4 drivers experiencing similar issues at the end of February. The thread is listed below. [XXX] As mentioned earlier, this lack of system functioning is unsafe as advanced driving features of the car will not work when in a reboot mode. Audi needs to address this issue since this isn't only my car, but appears to have affected the entire 2020 Audi A4 model line.
