There is a known oil consumption problem. And I have experienced having to fill up my oil every 200 miles. There is no proof of an oil leak but it just uses it constantly. It has left my car overheating in two cities with my toddlers.

My wife was pulling into a parking spot when all of a sudden the cars engine accelerated causing the car to jump one curb, hit a step and striking a pole before finally the brakes stopped the car from going through a storefront. None of the safety crash features stopped the vehicle. My wifes foot was on the brake, not the accelerator. Previously we had the vehicle in for service to reset the computer that kept freezing. Unfortunately we did not research Audi in detail before we bought. Since this occurrence, we have seen that some of Audi's models have had a history of "unintended sudden acceleration" and that there was actually a class action lawsuit years ago. After reading about those occurrences, we believe that this is what occurred. Audi corporate sent their engineers to download the computer data. They concluded that there was no computer error and no evidence of impact. Clearly there was impact since the car had to be repaired. I have since driven the exact route into the parking lot to see if possibly my wifes foot could have been on the accelerator. I made a right turn, quick left turn and quick right turn into the parking spot and my foot was on the brake the entire time. All third parties that have looked at the vehicle don't believe that there was a computer acceleration malfunction because the engineers said that they didn't identify a problem. I will never drive an Audi again. After this incident, I have spoken with other Audi owners and there seems to be issues with the german engineered "safety" controls. Apply brakes when not necessary, lane control jerking back into traffic when in an exit only lane. I am thankful that no person was in front of my vehicle when this occurred.

Noticed a lower level of coolant (below the MIN mark) at the coolant reservoir - checked with mechanic and was told there is a slow coolant leak at the one of the water pump seals (which has corroded). Need a water pump replacement. Was told it is a very common occurence with these cars - but was surprised to experience this issue on a car with less than 20K miles driven.

Steering wheel clicking and accessories and functions not working along with airbag (malfunction) light illuminated on 2018 Audi Q3 with 66,000 miles.

The entire air conditioning system had to be replaced at the tune of $2422. The car is only 5 1/2 years old and it was not covered under warranty. I have researched this issue online and there are numerous people complaining about this very same issue. Why haven't a recall been campaigned? air /heat air compressor, condenser and A/C kit had to be replaced.

My 2023 Audi A3 with less than 3,000 miles completely stopped in the middle of a highway in Saugerties, New York. 4 hours away from home. I had my dog and my little sister with me and in the freezing pouring rain we had to get out and redirect traffic/ try to find help. I called Roadside assistance. They never came on [XXX] and didn't call back till 10pm to say they couldn't get to us because of the 8 inch snow storm. We had no heat because the car would not turn back on. 5 Ubers/ 3 lyfts and all taxis didn't come. Finally 1 uber came and took us to a nearby camp site where they allowed pitbull dogs. The next day, I had to call over 60 times to get someone to just tow my car to Audi Albany. Audi Albany would not drive me a loaner car because it was an hour away. With a lot of arguing Audi roadside/tow services finally allowed me to drive with the tow truck driver to Audi Albany. They gave me a loaner but said I had to book another hotel night because I was not allowed to drive the loaner back to my home yet. I was stuck in Saugerties NY for 2 nights 3 days. UNKOWN Best assessment: Audible beeping 6 times. Pause. Repeats audible beeping six times. Repeats. Passenger seat unoccupied with no items on passenger seat. Connect passenger seat belt (without occupant) and beeping stops. Suspect faulty passenger seat sensor.

This issue occurred with my Audi a year after purchasing it and the vehicle had 19,282 miles on it at the time. I received an "Electrical System Malfunction - Please contact service" error message (in yellow) on my 2021 Audi etron vehicle display. The message was displayed for a few minutes as I was traveling home from work and then disappeared. The following day, I was on my commute into work on the highway, traveling 70 mph, and received an "Electrical System Malfunction - Safety stop vehicle" error message. The vehicle immediately started displaying other error messages and the motor turned off, while the vehicle was in motion. Luckily, I was able to move to the shoulder of the highway safely. The experience was frightening as I was traveling 70 mph and experienced a complete vehicle shut down with little to no warning. The Audi etron had to be towed to the dealership to be repaired. The dealership had my vehicle for 3.5 weeks while they repaired the car. They inspected the vehicle and determined it was a front motor failure and it had to be replaced. I am extremely concerned about the safety issues the Audi etron has created for me and others, especially given that it is a newer vehicle with low mileage.

Turbo needs to be replaced after only 58,000 miles. This has been an issue causing recalls on Audi models in different years.

The contact owns a 2019 Audi E-Tron. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle lost motive power. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated, and the Major System Failure message was displayed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where the engine was replaced; however, the dealer refused to return the vehicle until the contact had paid for the repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
