2020 AUDI A3 ETRON- Hayward, CA
Water leaking into interior of vehicle and to the trunk of the vehicle. Noticed significant water entered and entering into the trunk of the Audi after a recent rain. Also tested the drainage of water when the moonroof is opened and noticed water leaking into the interior. The audi e-tron is an electric vehicle which may have dangerous electrical implications if water leaking into the interior of the vehicle finds it way to the batteries (fire, electrical system failure, etc.). I have already noticed some electrical malfunctions that may be related to the water intrusion. Traffic avoidance sensors deactivated and or compromised while driving during the rain/cold.

2015 AUDI Q5- Colorado Springs, CO
We have never had an issue with the vehicle until we recently faced very cold Temps (-10 to -20). Was driving the vehicle, with no issues, and stopped to get gas. Upon restarting the vehicle it displayed a power steering error with a do not drive. The steerling lost all power steering function and was extremely hard to turn. We let the vehicle sit and restarted it 3-4 times and on the fourth try, the error went away and there was no further issues with the power steering on this (first) occasion. This has now happened intermittently since the first occurrence (even with very cold Temps) but with no regularity. Not sure if this is a malfunction or if there is something in need of replacement. It is extremely concerning.

I discovered the following recall on your site but the AudiUSA site does not show the issue. Steering is occasionally exhibits resistance when turning left or right. Steering becomes very stiff intermittently. I have taken the to a repair twice but the does not duplicate. The repair did a scan to see if there were any codes but none came up. We also have an ODB2 scanner and scan the vehicle right when problem occurred but no codes were displayed on my scanner. My wife has a long commute of 40 miles in each direction and I concerned. There should be a recall as I feel this is a safety issue.

2024 AUDI A4- Collierville, TN
I purchased a 2024 Audi A4 with 20 miles as a birthday present for my son on 12/20/2023 for $45,028.81 cash, plus traded my son’s 2012 BMW 328i with 22,000 miles and they applied $8,500.00 credit. This is an Atlanta, Georgia Audi dealership. My son drove the car for one week and his salesman had an appointment set for him to bring his car back one week later to add Audi Connect Software to vehicle and my son’s phone. We took his car back to the dealership and they added the software and we left. My son told me several lights starting turning on in his dashboard but he could not take the car back that day because the dealership had closed as we were leaving the dealership. I called the salesman the next morning and he said to bring car back and they would check it. My son could not bring it back until 10 days later on [XXX], because he was sick in bed. His apartment is about 20 mins from the dealership so when he returned his car had 100 miles from only driving the vehicle to and from the dealership those four trips. Oscar in service dept said he needed to leave the car over weekend and they would check it Tuesday [XXX] since that was a holiday weekend, and Oscar gave [XXX] a loan car. Oscar texted my son on [XXX] saying his car had a defective air bag module and that module was causing all the trouble lights to appear on his dashboard, and they could not fix it until 30 days because they had to order part from Sweden. Oscar also said they had to keep the vehicle and it could not be driven until that part was fixed because of all the trouble lights in dash and he wanted to make sure the car would be ok when my son starts to drive it again. I don’t like the fact that the dealer has my son’s car we traded in and they have my full payment of the remaining balance after my trade in was applied to balance of car. Is this car a lemon and is it normal to buy a car only to have dealer keep it one week after Audi Connect software was downloaded? Thanks INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION

Hi - The Crankcase Ventilation Valve Extended Warranty [XXX] covers only ten years or 120k miles. My car has close to 160k miles. According to NHTSA or Audi, “Audi has determined that, in some vehicles, it is possible for the crankcase ventilation valve to malfunction, causing a whistling noise in the engine compartment and the MIL to illuminate due to the presence of specific fault codes caused by this component. This condition may impact the vehicle tailpipe emissions, and the presence of a MIL-on condition may cause the vehicle to fail an IM (smog) test.” This is causing the engine to rev on its own, foul odor, consume more oil and gas, MIL-on, and potentially cause the IM (smog) test to fail regardless of years or miles and a safety issue. Please add this matter to recall rather than extended warranty and is likely related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V178000 which is causing oil separator and coolant pipe issues that need to be covered. 2023 AUDI Q5- NEW PORT RICHEY, FL
we purchased a new 2023 Audi q5 at the Audi dealer at Wesley Chapel. On October 3, we noticed a malfunctioning indicator light on the dashboard. We took the vehicle back to the dealer to fix the problem. One of the service agents told us, everything was good, just a software update. I also notified the problem to manufacturing company and still no solution. It has been 4 months since when the problem occurred. The malfunction indicator lamp is on all the time when we turn the engine on and while driving. There are a lot of safety concerns while driving.

2023 AUDI Q8- Houston, TX
There is a pulsating/fluttering noise coming from the rear passenger side near side of the vehicle. Got the vehicle in July of 2023 and reported the issue in August. Dealership confirmed and performed TSB 2067759/2 (Installed 10 rubber insulator sleeves). This did not fix the problem. I noticed it is loudest when the fuel tank is low. It can be heard at idle but tends to get louder while moving slow at slow speeds (forward or reverse). The tank was full when I brought it in for the August service. Went back in October when I realized it is significantly louder when the fuel is low. Dealership replaced the activated charcoal filter pipe and the fuel tank. This did not eliminate the problem.

2019 AUDI E-TRON- Laguna Beach, CA
The sunroof exploded while on the highway. It was very dangerous as small glass shards fell while driving at highway speeds on the highway. It was not hit by anything, and there was no damage to the glass prior. There was no warning, just a loud pop/bang and then the glass fell and then a huge hole where the sunroof used to be.

2018 AUDI Q5- Tampa, FL
I have a 2018 Audi Q5. The electrical system basically went into complete failure, and upon taking it to the dealership, was told the sunroof draining system "clogged" and the flooding caused by this caused the damage. After significant research online, I have noted this seems to be a very well-known issue.
