Suddenly car entry stopped working. Warning messages on display about start/stop, engine starting malfunction, every single light. I found the driver rear side full of water where the fuse panel and control modules are located. There was water soaked into the insulation at the bottom of the space as well as the insulation over the wheel well. Water drops were viewed on the controllers in that space.

    - Reston, VA

First sign of the vehicle is shaking and making noise while driving over 65mph. A few days later, the tire pressure warning was on. The next day, electric system malfunction light was on, advising me to contact service center. At the same day, steering function light was on and it was stiff to drive the vehicle. A few miles down the road, engine shuts off, and was unable to restart.

While driving the vehicle to work, several warnings came on saying there was a system issue and to pull to a safe spot. The car was pulled off the main traveling lane into a turning lane where it died. The electrical system did not work at all. The hazard lights could not be put on. The prior day the auto stop light came on saying there was a malfunction with that. The dealer was contacted. They said it was fine to drive. The car is currently at the dealership.

Brakes were firmly applied to avoid a collision, the 3rd row seatbelt did not engage and the passenger was thrust forward and hit their head on the 2nd row seat. Took the vehicle to Audi for inspection and they found the locking mechanism on the belt was faulty and replaced it.

The auto brake suddenly braked hard and it was scary. The car reported a collision warning red light for a few seconds. Luckily, there was no car close behind me. While I was driving at about 70 miles per hour on the highway, there was no car in front of me to worry about. There was probably a car driving in the next lane. After the sudden brake, everything seemed to be back to normal. This type of sudden auto brake happened once in late 2019, on a local drive, I thought it was a falling leaf or something. But this time on the highway, there was nothing in front the car.

  • 2019 AUDI E-TRON
    - Los Angeles, CA

I plugged my Grizzle home charger into the driver side charger on my 2019 Audi E-Tron. The Vehicle charged but did not disengage the charging handle. I called Audi and followed all their instructions but nothing worked. The car was towed to the Audi dealer where they had to disassemble the vehicle's charging port on the car to get the charging cable handle out. Although the car is still under warrantee, Audi refused to to repair the car under warrantee And charged me upwards of $500.00 for the repair. Audi claimed that since the charger was not an Audi charger there may have been outside influence. This explanation does not make any sense, nowhere in the owners manual does it stat that you are only required to use an Audi charger. This is equivalent to stating that you must take your car to the dealer for maintenance or risk voiding your warrantee.
