2012 BUICK ENCLAVE- Waterloo, IA
The contact owns a 2012 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, he would hear loud abnormal rattling and ticking sounds coming from the corner between the front passenger’s side and the windshield. There were no warnings lights were illuminated. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 129,000.

2008 BUICK LUCERNE- Topeka, KS
The contact owns a 2008 Buick Lucerne. The contact stated while driving approximately 20 MPH, the vehicle stalled without warning. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was inspected by a local mechanic and diagnosed with needing the fuel pump relay to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 72,479.

2012 BUICK LACROSSE- Richmond, IN
The contact owns a 2012 Buick LaCrosse. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V764000 (Suspension) however, the dealer informed the contact that the part for the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the rear end of the vehicle seemed loosened whenever the vehicle hit a bump while driving at various speeds. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The dealer was notified of the failure and confirmed that the part was not yet available. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but did not provide any assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 152,000. Parts distribution disconnect.

2022 BUICK ENVISION- Quincy, IL
The contact owns a 2022 Buick Envision. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked in the garage while he was working in the yard with the vehicle fob in his pocket. The contact stated as he walked into the garage, he noticed that the vehicle was running on its own. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact sat in the driver's seat, put his seatbelt on, depressed the brake pedal, pushed the turn off button and the vehicle turned off. The contact stated that the fob alone could not start the vehicle as the vehicle was designed to only start when he got in the driver seat, locked the driver's door, put his seatbelt on, and pushed the start button while in possession of the fob. The contact also attempted to start the vehicle with the fob alone several times to determine whether the fob alone could start the vehicle, but he was not successful. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 1,415.

2012 BUICK LACROSSE- HARRRISON TOWNSHIP, MI
2012 BUICK LACROSSE. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO REAR TOE LINK SUSPENSION SAFETY RECALL. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED THE SAFETY RECALL FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE IN A TIMELY MANNER AS THE PARTS WERE ON BACK ORDER. THE CONSUMER BOUGHT THE PARTS AND HAD THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE CONSUMER REQUESTED REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER, BUT WAS DENIED FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.

2020 BUICK ENVISION- New Albany, OH
The contact owns a 2020 Buick Envision. The contact stated while driving approximately 35 mph when the contact was struck by a semi-trailer which resulted in the side air bag not deploying. A police report was taken the contact sustained broken ribs on the left side and sought medical treatment. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot and then towed to an insurance lot. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000. Consumer contacted the manufacturer and was told no evidence of the airbags not deploying properly.

The contact's son-in-law owns a 2012 Buick Regal. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V764000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact called the local dealer who stated that the part was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. 2009 BUICK LUCERNE- Sainte Genevieve, MO
Vehicle was no start. Dealer found fuel pump relay bad on 10/05/201. Next time using vehicle same problem. On 10/20/2021 dealer service department diagnosed bad fuse box. The fuse box is located under the rear passenger seat. It was extremely hot and melting. Fortunately no fire, this time.

2011 BUICK LACROSSE- Sioux Falls, SD
Defrost doesn't always work. Can't see too drive when this happens. Thought there was a recall.
