    THERE IS A SERIOUS VIBRATION IN THE FRONT WHEELS AT HIGH SPEEDS. THE VIBRATION MAKES IT HARD TO CONTROL THE MOTORCYCLE. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSES TO ACCEPT THE PROBLEM AS A DEFECT AND REFUSES TO PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO MAKE REPAIRS.
