2017 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE- Stevens Point, WI
Our 2017 Chevy Traverse was recalled over a year ago due to a known issue with the airbag which has shot pieces of metal killing drivers and passengers. A year later we are still left without a resolution for our vehicle. Several attempts to work with the company has proved unsuccessful. The vehicle has now been out of service 365 days which is beyond the acceptable time period for resolving this type of safety issue. A reasonable resolution would be a repair, buy-back, loaner vehicle, or replacement.
