driver's air bag module - An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants, resulting in serious injury or death. The vehicle has been acknowledged by Chevrolet to be one of the vehicles affected by the recall, but they do not have any replacements and they do not know if or when any replacements will be available.
