Component that malfunctioned: loose Inner and outer tie rod end following repair preformed at a dealer on 8/20/2026. This component is essential for proper steering and if this would have failed while driving the joint can shear or free from the knuckle as the driver looses control of the steering. additionally, this sudden loss of control would have likely resulted in a serious if not fatal accident. I am an auto technician by trade at a independent repair shop, me and a fellow technician verified the inner and outer tie rod have more than 0.5mm of movement documented by video inspection, we removed the inner tie rod boot and uncovered the inner tie rod was not completely threaded into the rack, we completed threading it but the play is still present. This component was allegedly inspected and repaired on 8/20/26 with the return of clunking noise presenting on 9/3/26. I have not returned to this establishment. No warning lamps are illuminated, the only symptoms are a sharp suspension clunk and noise while turning right. the vehicle was returned to me in an unsafe condition by a known GM dealership. It is unknown to me the exact extent of the service as they did not provide me with any physical records as requested by me.

On my way to work the car overheated causing me to be stranded in the middle of no where without cell service. When it got to the dealership to repaire the car, they stated that it was a cylinder head. The dearship had my car a little over a month for repairs, the dealership did finally give me a loaner for the last week of the repairs but I lost work and a client due to not having transportation. A week after receiving the car back I still had problems with a check engine light coming on occasionally with loss of power and it would go away. I did not trust the car at all.

using adaptive cruise control if a car comes in front of you from the side street etc the car can go from 55 to 30 in seconds and if someone is following too close or not paying attention that car can hit you in the rear . on curvy roads a car coming the other way will almost stop the car quickly annoying the driver behind you

Was traveling to head towards the beach and all of a sudden the whole dash starts glitching then goes out for about 10-25 seconds then cuts back on like the car is powering back on. I thought maybe it had something to do with my daughter touching the radio. Well I continue to travel get down the road about another 45mins and it does it again. So I decide to turn the radio off, turn off the A/C, call the dealership and turn around and go home. Dealership checks the car, states it may have been the radio. But how when the car seem to lag/ lose power for a few seconds. That's a safety issue. Car can cut off and cause catastrophic damages. I only drive 3 miles to my job daily so I don't know if it'll happen again until this weekend when I travel to Florida. I've had Dealership to replace the antenna when I first got the vehicle because radio wasn't working. I constantly hear a clicking sound when the air is on. Dealership states they don't hear it. This model vehicle seems to have a few kinks that need to be check.
