While driving the stereo went off, the ac, the car stopped in middle of the road and I lost all electrical. I tried turning back on and the emergency brake light was on and the dash said "Steering Assist is Reduced, Drive with Care.” I was able to put it in neutral and get it out of the way. Battery is good Fuses were all checked 350 replaced Car isn’t starting or Turing over, but some of the lights have turned on.

I was driving into a parking lot when my back passenger side window imploded like a rock was thrown at it, but no rock and nobody in sight. I looked all around for a cause but believe it somehow spontaneous shattered. Thankfully 3 minutes prior I had dropped my kids at school otherwise there would have been injury I am sure.

After the car is parked and engine completely turned off, there is a 'Shift to Park' warning and it kept on blinking and wouldn't turn off. It drains the car battery.

My engine started running rough and, as a result of a repeating PO301 code, the car was towed to Lester Glenn of Toms River. Their diagnostic scan report (codes DTC PO301 & DTC PO303) found the engine assembly has scored cylinder walls due to failed piston rings. The entire engine had to be replaced. The odometer reading was 19,000 miles. Piston rings are designed to last 150,000 plus miles. For them to be worn enough to score a cylinder wall at 19,000 miles is a textbook definition of a manufacturing defect. Piston failure represents a serious safety defect as it could have caused a total loss of power at highway speeds. This was a safety-related manufacturing flaw, and not a maintenance issue. GM refused to pay for the repair bill in full.

While driving my 2025 Chevrolet Equinox, the vehicle experienced a sudden power and drivability issue. The vehicle began to decelerate on its own while in motion, even though I was actively driving. A warning notification appeared on the driver dashboard, and shortly after, the vehicle power shut off. This creates a serious safety concern because the vehicle can unexpectedly lose speed and/or power while driving in traffic. The issue appears to involve the transmission, powertrain, or vehicle electrical/power management system. The loss of acceleration and sudden deceleration could increase the risk of a crash, especially at highway speeds or in heavy traffic. This incident occurred while the vehicle was being driven, not while parked. The warning message appeared on the dash before or during the power loss. I am reporting this because the vehicle’s sudden deceleration and power shutdown while driving could be a safety defect. I am requesting that NHTSA review whether this issue is related to a known defect, recall, transmission issue, powertrain control issue, or electrical system failure affecting the 2025 Chevrolet Equinox.

The contact owns a 2022 Chevrolet. The contact stated that while parked, the vehicle would choke on start but would not turn over and was inoperable. Diagnostic code read P129F. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a fuel pump control module failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 8,400.

Complete and total failure of the telematics module resulting in loss of self driving, onstar, WiFi, gps, and all connected services. Severe battery drain due to module forcing the vehicle to completely shut down while driving, resulting in loss of power steering and brakes.

Clear day and dry conditions. Pulling into a parking space going 4-5mph with foot hovering brake. Car then accelerated on its own into a building.

I bought this car about 10 days ago. Throat was in pain, coughed up blood, dizzy, sweaty, and shaking. There's gas all over the ground coming from front under hood smelling through the vents. Very loud smelling. Took it to Chevrolet dealership on Covington hwy Decatur GA today and had to leave it there. I still don't feel good and neither the passengers in car. Car could've caught on fire gas leaking out when put in. Never experience this ever in my life. I may have to go to the hospital my chest feel very tight and I had a chronic asthmatic and my child in the car with me that's been on a breathing machine since last night and it's now 3:35 pm next day.

Engine temp gauge stops working causing the air to stop working and the cooling fan to rev to highest rpm. Also a warning that the steering assist is reduced. Eng check light comes on with a code P0208. This a known problem with an extended service # (N242484760) but only if your vin is listed. All vehicles with this problem should be covered
