    - FINCASTLE, VA

    POOR WELD QUALITY OF STRUCTURAL FRAME COMPONENTS AND FRAME NOT ASSEMBLED TO MANUFACTURES DRAWING ALLOWED FRAME RAILS TO BECOME DETACHED FROM STRUCTURAL MEMBERS SUPPORTING TO SHELL OF UNIT. COULD HAVE CAUSED THE SHELL OF UNIT TO COME DOWN IN CONTACT WITH THE TIRES CAUSING A BLOWOUT.
