I received a notice March 14th of 2024 indicating that the side curtain airbag on my charger may fail and cause shrapnel to go into the passenger and driver's area and possibly causing injury. To date I have not heard a word and every time I check up on this recall it says that no remedy is available. I have made repeated calls and emails to Dodge FCA in regards to this and I have never received a response. This is getting quite annoying since my wife rides in my car with me and if the airbag fails the potential for an accident or injury is great. I don't know where else to turn other than you to try and get this remedied. Friends have told me that parts are available but when I go on the Dodge owners app it says nothing is available.
